Cassia (Cinnamomum burmannii, what we export) has a stronger, more pungent flavor and thicker, harder quills than "true" Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum). It's what most of the world calls "cinnamon" in everyday cooking and baking, and Indonesia is the world's largest producer.

We use a calibrated moisture meter on every incoming lot. Cassia above 12% moisture is prone to mould in transit and loses grade quickly. That's why we reject lots that miss spec at intake, before anything gets packed.

Lead time depends on product, grade and quantity. Once your RFQ gives us those, we'll confirm an exact timeline.

Payment terms are confirmed for each order, usually T/T or L/C. Most shipments go out FOB Belawan, and other Incoterms can be agreed per contract.

Belawan to Rotterdam generally takes 30 to 40 days, depending on the carrier's schedule and the wait at transshipment. We confirm the figure against the actual sailing schedule when you order.
