1. Orders and quotations

Quotes are indicative pending a formal purchase order and are valid for the period stated on the quote.

2. Pricing and payment terms

Payment terms are confirmed for each order, usually T/T or L/C under the agreed Incoterms (most often FOB Belawan).

3. Delivery and shipping

Lead times and risk transfer follow the Incoterm agreed for the shipment.

4. Quality claims

Claims must reference the shipment’s certificate of analysis and be raised within the window stated on the sales contract.

5. Governing law

Indonesian law, unless otherwise agreed in writing per contract.
